Evan and his team did an amazing job on our flooring at Vertical Church. They were able to take off wax buildup from years past and return the flooring to its nature luster. We had a “minor” issue with a robot vacuum and dog droppings. Evan was able to get us in later at night and clean our carpets. They look and smell great!

I am so happy Evan answered my call on a Sunday evening - after an accident occurred in our newly finished basement and on our brand new couch. He was kind enough to explain how they would clean and treat the carpet, couch cushion and base of the couch and really answer all of my questions including a price range, so that I didn’t have any surprises after the job was complete. I had called 3 other companies who prices were slightly higher, or stated they couldn’t help or wouldn’t be able to schedule us for a week or two. Evan was able to make it out that same evening and went above and beyond, to make sure the space was good as new. He was polite, on time, worked really hard to make sure we were happy, and did a great job. I would highly recommend for any upholstery cleaning, furniture, and carpet cleaning needs!

Used CCC for the 1st time last week and I am very impressed. They cleaned my office building carpet and removed most all stains. I work in trucking (and we allow pets in office) and it's not a kind industry to carpets to say the least. Between, diesel, oil, a few pet accidents, the carpets were rough. Now the carpets look fantastic! Evan was great to work with and very easy going. Would definitely recommend and will more than likely utilize their services again in the future.

In 30 Years of having our carpets professionally cleaned, Central Carpet is by far the best! Evan who is the owner was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The machinery he uses looked brand new. I have had companies in the past who's main pumping system was rusted and leaking. I rarely leave this long of a review, but I am so impressed with the whole process and detail to the cleaning Evan showed. I will not be using any companies but this one!

Evan far exceeded any expectations I had for the carpet/rug/furniture cleaning in my home. I had tirelessly hired three other carpet cleaning companies and there were issues with each one between cancelling last second, poor time management with scheduling, or terrible customer service, and none of them worked out. I was referred to Evan after a cry out on social media for a company who actually wants the work and will show up on time and do a good job. Evan not only showed up EARLY, but was friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, detail oriented, and looked out for me and my belongings. He took his time and got every stain out, even the forever stains that were there when we moved in this house. The house smelled amazing, the carpet/rug/furniture looked amazing, and I couldn’t have asked for more. I had a fantastic experience with Central Carpet Cleaning company. I had 4 rooms and a staircase in my home cleaned. One of the rooms required pet urine treatment and a stain blocker treatment. I wish I would of taken pictures before. To be honest, I didn’t think the stains would come up. After the service if I told you there were stains you wouldn’t believe it. Evan Bell, also the owner, was incredibly thorough in explaining the process, which I appreciated.

From the initial email inquiries to the actual service, everything was top-notch. Evan was quick to respond and provided helpful answers to all my questions. The appointment reminders were a nice touch and ensured I didn't forget about the service.

On the day of the appointment, Evan arrived on time and was incredibly professional, friendly, and patient. He even took the time to interact with my toddler and 3 dogs, which I really appreciated. Evan patiently addressed all my questions and offered suggestions for maintaining my carpets in the future.
